Ballroom at The Charleston is an amazingly gorgeous venue that offers some of the most competitive, all inclusive package options I've seen. Mr. Stutes was so accommodating and attentive to anything and everything I had questions about and had ideas on. Very flexible, accommodating, professional, and we'll priced. 10/10

The food was good but other than that the lack of professionalism by the owner is why this review was so low. He was not accommodating, he was rude and argumentative with my daughter the bride on the day of the wedding. He showed up in the afternoon at the bridal suite and berated my daughter because a vendor called him asking if they could have access to the venue. He brought up a contract that he gave us to give vendors which we never received. The venue is still recovering from the hurricane and was not in pristine condition. They also lost an heirloom cake knife and were rude when we called to enquirer about it. This was our 4th venue of choice due to COVID and hurricanes. I would not book this venue unless you do not care about service and professionalism.

Paid a deposit for a wedding. Infant son passed spontaneously and wouldnt refund the $700 deposit. Humanity goes a long way.
