The worst flower vendors
Literally the most unprofessional and horrible service ever. We had given them a huge order for a wedding we were having in Lexington, KY. They told us they use southwest cargo for shipping. I am a pilot and I know for a fact southwest doesn’t come to Lexington, I informed them multiply times and they said don’t worry if southwest doesn’t well use Delta. I told them ok make sure about it since it’s for a big event. The lady at the time was nice and assured us the flowers would be here on time. When the time comes to pick up the flowers we had to call to get a update, and guess what? They sent it through Southwest, who doesn’t deliver to Lexington and even though I told them they used it, and at the last minute they inform us we would have to make a hour and a half drive to pick them up. After that we go to pick them up and for some reason our flowers went to Baltimore. After calling them they said they had some sort of mix up and we’re handling it. Never handled it. The wedding came we figured something out and made sure it went good, after we called them to tell them what happened. At first they were apologetic and said we’d get a refund. After a few days of waiting we called again and again to no answer. Finally we used another phone and they answered she once again apologized said “we’re working on it give us till the end of the week”. After the end of the week we called to see what the status was. At this time the lady becomes extremely rude, to this we said “we’re gonna tell our bank you’re a fraud if you don’t refund our money” she goes on to say “do whatever you want”. We are filing a fraud case on them through our bank and strongly considering legal action since they secured a deal with us under false pretenses. Please stay away from this fraudulent business as they will ruin your celebration and they’ll say whatever to take money from you but, when they mess up you have to jump through hoops to get you own money back.
