I loved my cake. It was 4 tiers, each one with a different flavor. The frosting was amazing and all my guests were impressed. Yea Claire!

We LOVED Bagatelle. When we went to visit they were very nice, and provided LOTS of samples of whatever we wanted to try. There was a little bit of indecisiveness for the cake ribbon on my part and they were very patient with me. We called about a week before the wedding and asked if they could move the delivery time and they said sure. And it was a GREAT value for the money. All of our guests highly enjoyed the chocolate, strawberry, and cheesecake that was served.

The cake was so yummy! We picked Bagatelle because it was the first cake we tasted that tasted good...there are a lot of bakeries that are good at making pretty cakes, but the cake is only so-so. Just a warning - the owner can seem somewhat abrasive at first, especially if you are used to wedding vendors who like to kiss your butt. However, she is a very nice person, and the cake is totally worth it! They also do not charge extra for multiple flavors. All in all, it was the best price for what we wanted.

The woman who does the wedding cakes can come off as a little rude but she is actually very nice and will do a great job. The cakes are delicious! and for a very reasonable price.

First off, I love Bagatelle, so I would give them 5 stars just for the food. The experience, however, is a little different. I really don't care for the whole wedding pampering experience, so the lack of it at Bagatelle didn't really bother me. I just wanted food that I liked at a price I could afford. The owner is a little in-your-face gruff, but that didn't both me much. I had her do my cake and my brunch food. The prices can't be beat, and if you are a budget bride, it is a way to get fancy fare without all the fussiness and money (it's technically not a wedding catering business). She was very accommodating for my schedule and did deliver before she was going out of town. So, overall, great place, but you have to be patient with the owner and she will warm up to you.

This bakery is mostly run by what appears to be foreigners. I'm saying that to be descriptive, not discriminatory. They don't have typical manners and mannerisms/habits. It was both entertaining and frustrating at times. I just think its best to know that ahead of time going in to it.

Customer service/responsiveness is a little off when you go in because Claire is either the main or only employee who discusses cakes. Definitely make an appointment with her before going in if you want to speak with her in any kind of a timely manner.

Not a very formal business - which wasn't a problem. Our contract was a photo copy of what Claire wrote down regarding our order.

Despite that, cake delivered was exactly what we wanted, it was there ahead of time, and we received lots of compliments on it! We were also very impressed with what we were able to get for the cost! Definitely worth the value.

I WOULD RECOMMEND IT! Just be prepared for some oddities :)

It was not what I had requested. Yes, the cake was amazing, but I had picked a grooms cake that she had a picture of and when it arrived at the cite, it looked like less time was spent on it. Even the brides cake was very poor looking. It was kind of depressing showing up and seeing that cake...

The cake was delicious but they were late and the cake didn't look like we wanted it. Her photos were not organized but just tossed together and she was really late to our original appointment.
