nice experience- we had 15ppl - we had black hummer limo

We were organizing a small wedding celebration at Daytona Beach and wanted to gather our closest cousins and friends. My idea was to book a party bus and go together to the beach restaurant from our home in Orlando. We had a wonderful time during the ride, my brother was playing our favorite songs via Bluetooth and the interior with all those lights was unbelievable. The driver was very friendly and thanks to them we managed to reach our homes safely although we had more than one drink, lol.

My husband and I decided to try out this limo company so we booked their stretch limousine for our wedding. We were very satisfied with their service and I have never seen so well maintained and luxurious limousine before. The decoration was just perfect and I was speechless when the driver came to pick us up. I’m so happy we had a beautiful wedding and that wouldn’t be possible without that perfect stretch limo and an excellent chauffeur who treated us like royals.

I thought that there will be no chance to find the limo for my wedding day that looks exactly how I want it to look. I’ve spent months trying to find the right one. When I saw their white stretched limousine I knew it was the one! I was so happy and they organized everything including the decoration of the car just as I wished it to be! Thank you for making my dreams come true and making me feel like a princess! The driver was so nice and the car was spotlessly clean, my husband and I really enjoyed the ride.

We got their wedding limo service as a wedding present from my mother and believe me, it is a perfect present for every bride and groom. They even organized the transportation for our relatives who were all amazed when they saw those shiny limousines waiting for them at the airport. When the driver came to pick us up in that glamorous stretched limo, I felt like a princess! You can really rely on them, they can do anything you ask, and the prices are pretty good, too.

All I can say is Backstage limousine made my wedding a huge success. I used their Limos for my wedding and for my guests and they were all impressed by the Limos and their drivers. Very professional drivers and the rates were reasonable. I saw the other review and I am 100% sure that review was written by a competitor which is totally unfair. We hired Backstage Limousine for our daughter's wedding last weekend and if my card were not automatically charged, I would not have paid them the $900. It was less than a 5 minute ride to and from church to the venue. I emailed them and specifically asked if there were champagne glasses in the limo and was told yes. Our coordinator made sure that multiple bottles of champagne were placed in the limo but once we got in we noticed that there was not one glass to be found, champagne glass or otherwise. The limo was dirty and smelly inside and the floor was all wet. The groom, when getting into the vehicle, slipped on the wet floor and hurt his back. All of us women in heels were slipping as well because we were trying to hold up our gowns so they would not get wet and dirty. The bottom of my daughter's wedding gown got wet and dirty though. Why the inside floor of the limo was wet is beyond me. We tipped our driver (who barely spoke English) only because he came to the venue to return our daughter's purse which we did not even know was left in the limo. He told us thank you because apparently if you add tip to the bill, the company keeps it. I would not recommend this company to anyone!

They do not care about their contracts and will violate them & ghost you without thinking twice.
Accept my warning... you will want to pick ANY other limousine other than Backstage Limousine.

The Limo arrived with open water bottles and dirty plastic cups. The Driver was very rude and unprofessional. But by far, the worst ex[erience was that the audio did not work. So we could not play any music. We had to return to the hotel suite and get a portable speaker, in order to play music.

Backstage Limousine left us standing at the end of our wedding. They had both of our phone numbers and never bothered to contact us to let us know that our limo had broken down on the way to get us. They didn't send another car. They didn't call. And they didn't even answer the phone at the office. When we finally spoke to somebody, it was a girl's cellphone and she was off-duty. She was the only helpful one and wasn't even on the clock and for her service, she was fired. Completely unreliable. We already felt like we were paying an inflated price for a 15 minute ride to our hotel and they still couldn't pull it off. The next day, when I called to speak to them about what had happened, they only offered me arrogance and attitude.
