This is the worst place to stay in North Myrtle Beach. Horrible customer service. They were extremely unaccommodating to myself and my 40+ guests staying at their resort for my wedding. They had about 1,000 co-ed college students staying at the hotel and treated them with better service. I had my rooms blocked for 5 months and they treated us like our business was not good enough. I asked for early check in and that was not honored. I was nearly late for my own rehearsal. When I went to confirm my late check out they said "yeah we see it but we are not going to honor it". They threw away my gift bags for my guests. I had arranged with the F&B manager weeks in advance to have the bar/lounge open for my after party and they said "Absolutely no problem at all, we will stay open as late as we can." Well the bar was closed and we had to plead for them to open it up. It still amazes me that they were upset to have 50+ people come in wanting drinks. It's guaranteed business.
