Tom is one of the kindest people I have met during this wedding planning process. He was very attentive and very supportive with the entire process! We had many conversations prior to the wedding on my expectations, things that were important to me, and what I hoped to get from the videos he would create for my husband and I. On the actual wedding day, it felt more like we had a friend there with us capturing moments then just a team with cameras. Thank you so much to Tom and his team for being one of our vendors on the most magical day of our lives!

Tom was super easy to work with and worked well with our photographer. He took the time to answer all of our questions and had some neat ideas to film!!

Autumn Tree is absolutely FANTASTIC to work with! Videography was something I decided was "optional" and I would add only if I had room left in the budget. Luckily I did because in hindsight, videography NEVER should have been optional! Tom put together the most fantastic videos of our wedding that we watch over and over again. He was so responsive the entire time and really took the time to get to know us as a couple, our vision for our wedding, and our expectations. From start to finish Autumn Tree was SO helpful and a joy to be around. I absolutely loved having them there with us the day of the wedding, they put us so at ease. The finished products in both our long and short videos are nothing short of amazing. I have friends and family who thought of wedding videos as something tacky and lagging and Tom's work is nowhere near that traditional negative image. The videos are so personal and set to music (none of which I'd heard before but all of which I LOVE!). Multiple friends of ours have booked or are planning to book Autumn Tree based on our wedding and one couple even flew them to Arizona to have them film their day. I cannot recommend them enough!

We used autumn tree films and we couldn't have been more pleased. We hired them from out of state because their work is just that great!!! From the first conversation to our last we where so happy with the process. The day of was amazing , they where so professional and they captured every single moment. We got our final video and it brought us to tears because of what a wonderful job they did ! We are highly recommending them to everyone we know . Tom is one of the nicest people we had met for our wedding! He was so flexible and was always willing to take time to meet. He is pretty awesome!

I can't stop raving about Tom and his second videographer. We saw there work from a friends wedding. I was doing hair so I got to interact with Tom and I liked his style right then. Once I saw her video I was so floored it was better than I could have imagined. Because I was part of the wedding process I got to experience her video like she did and relive all of the special moment and details you miss as a bride. I knew then We had to have them too. I haven't seen my video but I am very happy with them . We had them come all the way to Arizona because they are the best! The creativity and the professionalism was great. They arrived on time and they weren't in the way but they captured all the details. Thank you guys so,much I can't wait to see the final project!

Tom was great to work with! He made us feel comfortable and blended into the background on our wedding day - they were totally unobtrusive. They had some great ideas of different shots to take. We can't wait to see our video!

Tom was GREAT about responding throughout the booking experience and leading up to the wedding. He made me feel great the day of and we were THRILLED with the videos themselves. My biggest area of critque is AFTER the wedding. We were promised our films within 10 weeks of the wedding date, October 5 2014. We did not receive everything in full until April 2015. We received our trailer on Feb 24, full films March 5, and our DVDs in early April.

I emailed back and forth with Tom after the wedding however I was the one who had to initiate contact with him regarding the timeframe of when we would be receiving everything. Each time I waited several weeks for a response and was promised a deadline, set by Tom, for when we would be able to see them. This happened on 4 seperate occasions and we still had not received our films. I had already paid in full and felt very taken advantage of. These videos are something a bride should feel excited about! Instead I was just feeling stressed. Tom was very apologetic which I appreciated but it makes me hesitate to refer him to a friend based on the poor "after experience" we received.

I cannot stress enough how much I adore our films and we are very grateful for all the time spent on our videos. I only write this in hopes that it was a random occurence and nobody will have to experience this again in the future.

Don't ever expect to get your video....

I will say that Tom is very good at what he does and our video turned out very nice. However, I have NEVER worked with someone so unprofessional. We left him about 15 voicemails with NONE of them returned. Sent multiple emails. Turns out he had moved to Florida from Illinois which is where our wedding was. It took him about 3 months to return any phone calls or emails. I understand everyone goes through issues in their personal lives but it is still important to communicate with people who gave you A LOT of money.
