We hired ATLAS to pick us up from our wedding and they were perfect. The arrived on time and patiently waited for us to do our sparkler send off and whisked us off to our hotel. DO NOT USE THIS LIMO SERVICE! We used this limo service for my nieces’s Sweet 16 and it was an evening from hell and they single handedly helped to ruin a milestone event. They arrived over 30 minutes late which significantly disrupted the evening due to a series of unacceptable service failures.

First, the limousine arrived 30 mins late, which caused us to miss our scheduled dinner reservation and threw off the timeline for the entire evening. This alone would have been frustrating, but the problems only escalated from there.

The limousine that arrived was extremely dated and not reflective of the luxury experience we had been promised or paid for—particularly disappointing for such a special occasion. Even worse, the air conditioning was not working on an extremely hot day, leaving the girls uncomfortably overheated during the ride.

When we finally arrived at the restaurant, we were at the mercy of the restaurant accommodating our lateness. When we returned to the car the owner demanded an additional $150 although they had been late on their end thereby causing the lateness on the back end.

The most serious issue occurred when the vehicle broke down due to a failed radiator, stranding us on the side of the road. We were left waiting over an hour on the side of the street at 10 o’clock at night for a replacement vehicle, during which time 11 teenage girls—dressed for a formal event—were forced to wait in the heat and uncertainty, visibly upset and anxious. When the owner arrived with the new vehicle and we inquired about compensation, he said he would only talk to my brother in law and would talk tomorrow being today June 29 and now he will not respond to his messages or calls. When he called from a different number, he responded and said stop calling him.

This was meant to be a joyful and memorable celebration for my niece, and instead, it became stressful, uncomfortable, and embarrassing. Your company failed to deliver on even the most basic expectations of professionalism, safety, and reliability and “on-time guarantee”!
