Did my research before making my final decision. The coordinator, Mark was very professional and informative. Not only priced matched, but made certain I was able to afford my guests needs. Went above and beyond.

We hired Aspen limo to have a stretch hummer, as well as a getaway car at the end of the night. They were extremely prompt, beautiful cars, clean cars, and truly quality service. I would highly recommend them to any bride looking to have the best car service in Minnesota for their big day.

We had a small Bachelorette party and Aspen Limo was a comfortable, fun ride to and from our destination! They were on time (we were running late :/), but were patient, curtious, and professional through and through!

We used Aspen Limo to provide a private car and driver for my husband and myself after our wedding. We rented the Mercedes sedan. I believe our driver's name was Kio. The car was gorgeous. We wished our ride to the hotel was longer just so we could ride around in such a nice car! Kio was great as well. He was very personable and curteous. He was on time and knew his way around. The price was good and we liked how we could see rates online without having to contact them for a quote. We had a great experience and will use them again if we ever need a private car.

Aspen was a great service, as I was searching for transportation to plan my wedding, I couldn't believe how hard it was to work with different companies. I had a difficult time booking with a few other cites, but was so relieved how quickly Aspen responded to my inquiries and confirmed my request. The day of the wedding went smoothly, we were even able to make a second stop before heading to the reception. The only thing I would have to complain about is that my wedding was on a hot July day, and the air conditioning in the vehicle wasn't working. My wedding party and I were sweating in the car because we couldn't have the windows down on the highway unless we all wanted our perfectly pinned hair undone.

I have never been embarrassed and disappointed with a service compare to what i was offer by Aspen Limo. I had my brother wedding on September 4th/2021. I contacted Aspen Limo for their services and i was Charge $ 1,007 for 4hrs services. The driver did arrived at the venue on time BUT my frustration was the state of the Limo which are;
One of the rear doors won't open.
Secondly , the passenger rear door panel was hanging almost fallen off.
Thirdly, the running board was broken and it was held together with a duck tape.
Fourthly , a section of the roof was tape off with a duck tape.
Side panels was hanging with a single clip.
Rusted car door bumper, Just to name a few . I do have pictures of the above complaints . I have attempted to contact the manager on 3 separate occasion and i was told he will call me back in 30mins all to no avail, its been a week today.
