Our trip to Athens and the Greek Islands was perfect from start to finish and very affordable!
Asimina Tours, and our rep Stella, provided a very pleasant trip with impeccable transfers between all of our many stops.
In Athens, we had a wonderful private, knowledgeable tour guide for the Acropolis followed by a delicious Foods of Greece lunch. We were then flown by Aegean Airlines to Crete and a wonderful hotel where we got to see dear relatives in Chania for the first time ever. The Venetian Harbor in Chania was wonderful to explore. We went next to Heraklion to see the Knossos ruins.
The following day our transfer took us to the huge inter-island JET BOATS headed for Santorini. Once there, our transfer took us to our hotel on the cliff top overlooking the beautiful blue harbor.
We had a catamaran /snorkeling tour and a great lunch on board. Next, we had a lovely private tour guide for a day of exploring Santorini from one end of the island to the other. We ended with a wine tasting of a lovely winery.
Lastly our transfer took us to the JET BOATS headed for Mykonos. Our transfer took us to our luxurious hotel with lovely amenities overlooking the Aegean Sea. Our delicious traditional Greek dinner with accompanying balalaika music at the Royal Hotel was a lovely ending to an incredible trip of a lifetime. We were flown back to Athens on Aegean Airlines in time for our flight home to Dulles International.
Asimina Tours smoothly orchestrated every step of the way. Our accommodations were always top notch with lovely views, great breakfasts and pleasant, caring and very friendly staffs and tour guides.
The great planning of Asimina replaced any of our own travel planning stress and made our 10 day Greek Island Tour a treasured memory. Thanks so much to Asimina Tours, Stella and staff. -

Creating trips that are tailor-made and carefully designed just for you, after our one-on-one discussion of your trip expectations and my guidance, is my idea of a successful and experienced travel advisor.
Here are a few words about me: I have been in the travel industry for over 27 years, with extensive knowledge in the airline industry and the hospitality/tourism industry. I am passionate about my work and what I do. I have lived in Greece, Athens, Northern Greece, and Santorini and I have traveled extensively throughout Greece, Italy, and Turkey. I am married to a Greek and had a beautiful Greek wedding in Santorini. My life is similar to the Big Fat Greek Wedding. I am involved in the travel industry and my family also owns restaurants. Currently, I live in the USA/Maryland during the winter, and I travel with my family to Greece to spend my summers in Santorini and to visit other islands.
Having the experience and a "personal touch" makes all the difference when it comes to being a travel advisor. With regards to your trip and after our initial written communication, I would like to spend time preferably on the phone or by e-mail, learning about who you are, what you like, and the ideal locations that you are interested in visiting.
