Photos we found of Ashley's from another wedding were one of the largest inspirations for us to choose our wedding venue. Once we secured that, we knew we needed her to photograph our special day. After one wonderful phone call with Ashley we were signing contracts. Ashley did not try to up-sell her services - did not force us to do engagement photos, was flexible on adding hours based on our wedding day plan. She even sent us a gift as a thanks after we signed our contract - such a sweet touch!

Ashley exceeded my highest of expectations! She was a dream to work with on our wedding day - knew all the best spots to photograph, coached us on posing, captured our special day perfectly. Her pictures are beautiful! There are so many amazing ones, it's difficult to narrow them down.

By the end of the experience I felt like Ashley was one of our best friends - she even sent us restaurant recommendations for our mini-moon in Sea Island. I could not recommend her more!!

Everyone always says that if there is one area of wedding planning where you should not pinch your pennies, it's on the photographer and videographer. I couldn't agree more. I could not be happier to have Ashley Seawell photograph our special day. She is warm and kind, and her talent speaks for itself through her pictures. During our consultation phone call, she was so knowledgeable and we actually scheduled our ceremony time around the sunset (something she mentioned and I never would have considered) because we had a winter wedding and it gets dark early. She also sent me a beautiful package of goodies as a client gift, which was so thoughtful and sweet. Ashley shoots both digital and film which is more rare to find in a photographer from what I understand. She uses the natural light and her photos never look over-edited, which I love. She makes you look like the very best version of yourself. She did my bridal portraits and I cried tears of joy when I got the pictures back. I haven't gotten our wedding photos back since we only got married a little over a week ago, but I cannot wait to see them. She has excellent attention to detail and you can trust her completely. To be honest, I have not seen another photographer in SC that I would compare to her. She is incredible! I think she books up fast, but if it were me, I would literally move my wedding date to make sure she was available. She is absolutely worth every penny and more.

Ashley is an incredibly talented photographer. She captured all the right moments and has a wonderful photo-journalistic style that tells the "story" of the day through beautiful candids...but also nails classic portraits.

Her style and ability to capture each moment just right (and the lighting, wow... gorgeous lighting) makes each image truly stunning.
