Ashley's catering is top-notch. They are extremely professional, flexible, and are very attentive. Philip's calm attitude kept me calm throughout my event. He answered every single email and phone call, and believe me there were very many of those. But above all, the food is phenomenal!! The guests raved about the stuffed mushrooms all night, holding their focus away from some seating faux-pas on my part!
