Linens were in excellent condition. Note that the napkins are too soft to fold into intricate napkin designs but they are perfect if you are going for something simple. We folded ours into triangle and layed them flat on the tables since they wouldn't stand up. It looked great. Affordable prices compared to local competitors and easy shipping. Just pack the used linens into the box they came in, slap on the return label and drop off at the FedEx. I would use them again in the future if I ever need to rent linens

Had a question about the service, called, women was kind and helpful. Ordered was over $75 so it shipped for free came on time and shipped back for free. I spent $285 with them and plan on ordering again. Worth It!

I would recommend ASAP to everyone! It was an amazing service. I ordered online and when I had a question about getting them a little early they told me exactly what to do about the date. I received the linens by FedEx on the Monday before I needed to decorate Thursday
They linens were barely wrinkled and did not need pressed. They were only $5 a piece! !! That was awesome! ! When we were done, we just put them back in the box applied the label they provided us with and called FedEx. Very easy!!

Linen had pulls and looked old. For the price I should have ordered from CONNIE DUGLIN SPECIALTY LINEN. There linen was impeccable.
