We got married on June 5, 2022 and we used the Escalade stretch limo, the limo was a beautiful pearl white, it was clean, we were very happy with the limousine service, The staff was great, Lola was very friendly and professional, the limo driver was very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. I can’t express how happy I am with my experience with this company. We had a stretch hummer. We used them for a 50th birthday party and our driver (tony) was so helpful, funny and kind. I would recommend this company to anyone and will forever use them for upcoming events. We had a blast.

I booked a stretched Hummer with Lola 1 day before my wedding (yeah im crazy) and i was very pleased.
Lola was very easy and professional to work with. Limo arrived 10 mins before our scheduled time, which was fine. Overall, i def recommend this company to any bride, and i would def use them again in the future.

Artiste Limosine service was professional and at the same time they felt like family. They took the extra care I was looking for. When they picked up my son and new wife , Artiste Limosine even took the time to find
" a just married" sign on the limo, like I asked. I was impressed. There service was great!

Do not book this company for your wedding day. I asked for the white Cadillac limo that was shown on there website and on here the day of my wedding i got a almost tan color limo that was super old, when we stepped into the limo the inside was wet, the roof was leaking and the glasses were dirty along with things left behind from another party. The driver was asking us for the address and had no idea where he was going. Granted we did have to reschedule our wedding twice due to covid and Lola was so understanding when we had to do so, but that shouldn’t make a difference on service. After my honeymoon I had reached out to Lola expressing my concern on how i was not pleased with the service and what was wrong with the limo and have some type of compensation i did not ask for a refund. She emailed me back that she cleaned the glasses in the dishwasher and that the limo was clean and told me that someone in the limo must have opened the sunroof for it to leak… mind you the day of my wedding it was pouring rain so no one touched the sun roof, and the fact she tried to put the blame on me was unprofessional, she then said that since we did reschedule twice that there is nothing she can do about a refund which i didn't ask for i asked for some type of compensation. I wrote her another email and she never even answered me. This was HORRIBLE customer service and not a way to treat a customer that is paying for services.
