Marc Aronstam is an absolute delight! He is no longer located at the address listed but on Rangeline Rd in Carmel. He takes his work so seriously and makes the most beautiful pieces. He is also so personable and down to earth, a fantastic guy just to chat with! It was easy to stop in to talk about a ring and then find yourself there 30 minutes later still chatting about other things! We didn't look at other jewelers, we just picked them. We had originally gone in because they were up the road from where we lived and wanted to get my engagement ring cleaned, then after getting to know Marc and seeing the time he takes and knowledge he has we knew we were in the right hands. My original engagement ring was a plain flat white gold band with a small diamond embedded, it was simple and beautiful but always dirty. We needed to get it re-rhodiumed, and realized it was going to be a forever thing. So together with Marc we decided to remake it into a platinum band with wheat engraving to hide the scuffs of everyday life. At this point we had already picked out wedding bands and Marc surprised me by also etching the edges of the engagement ring and all around the diamond in order to make it match the wedding band I had chosen. He is so thoughtful and a true artist. 10/10 would absolutely recommend.
