There are not enough stars to accurately rate Bay Hill Club and Lodge. And there needs to be a rating for the staff where I could put 100 stars. It was the most perfect wedding weekend I could ever have imagined. We wanted the weekend to be about our friends and family coming together and having a great time and that is exactly what we achieved, thanks to Amy and the staff. From the BBQ on Thursday to the goodbye breakfast on Sunday, it was fabulous. We didn't want to be at a big, corporate hotel. We wanted laid-back and classic and that is Bay Hill. Our guests commented over and over how great the service and staff were. When we started planning with Amy, it felt like we were planning with a friend. The different venues worked perfectly for our different events, the food was fabulous at every meal and the service was unbelievable. Amy, Katie, Wes and Bryce seemed to know what we were thinking before we even said it. Several guests have already booked return trips to Bay Hill. The only difficult thing was having to leave on Monday and say good bye to everyone. But we booked out anniversary stay before we left and will be back even before that. If you are looking for a warm, laid-back, classic venue with lodging for 80 to 100ish guests, this is the PERFECT location.

Amanda is the wedding coordinator at Bay Hill and she is PHENOMENAL! Made planning our wedding (in 3 months time!) a breeze! Highly recommend checking them out if you are considering a country club wedding!
