The customer service and flexibility were awesome! Our table linens were prepared and pressed as ordered, and even ready when we needed them earlier than expected. With a last minute change from delivery to self pick-up, they were kind and courteous, and even removed the delivery fee!

First, I must say that we could not have gotten through our day without Mollee Fitzgerald! We had loads of problems with our DJ and she was there to keep us calm throughout the entire night. She also was our go-to for anything that we needed throughout the night. She was incredibly flexible and easy-going. We hired her pretty late in the game, but she picked up right where we needed her to and we knew we could count on her whenever we needed anything. Mollee is awesome and an excellent party planner! She is HIGHLY recommended!
Arizona Party Rental was the company that we rented our party supplies from and they too were very easy-going and a pleasure to work with as well. We kept adding and subtracting supplies up until the day of, and they were very accommodating to our needs.

I just needed a few extra heaters for the patio since we had outdoor tables and with one call it was all taken care of. They delivered them and picked them up on schedule (an additional cost, but worth it if you don't want to be running around). Easy and convenient.

AZ Party Rental was responsive to our emails and multiple requests. We had some changes and additions to our order and they were able to accommodate our needs. There were some issues with delivery time (reasons that the delivery team had no control over) but it all worked out in the end. The only suggestion would be for AZ Party Rental to communicate with the venue about any changes in ETA. Other than that, I would recommend using Arizona Party Rental for rental needs.

We rented heaters & napkins from AZ Party rental. They actually delivered them a day sooner than expected which was wonderful. Initially I had requested only 8 heaters, but was concerned about temps for our late Nov. wedding, so they were able to add more to our initial booking. The napkins were a great quality & suited the colors we chose for our wedding. No complaints, other than the heaters were pricey. The delivery/pick up fee was reasonable considering how far they needed to go.

did not like this vendor because they did not have nice flatware, serve ware and glassware, also pick up truck leaked huge amounts of oil on our gorgeous concrete driveway. I thought about calling about this but realized this outfit wouldn't really care about that or they would service their vehicles. I am still hoping monsoon rains will wash it away.
The tables were beat up but since covered, it didn't matter, the people who dropped them off and picked them up were on time and the count was accurate.
Basically, okay, I would pay more and use the Classic Party Rentals in Phoenix next time.
