We had the most incredible experience working with Apple Core Farm & Cut Flowers for our October wedding in the Pacific Northwest. From our very first conversation, Paul was thoughtful, collaborative, and truly listened to what we envisioned.

I wanted a fall-inspired palette that felt rich and seasonal but not overly traditional or “Thanksgiving.” Paul completely understood the assignment. The colors were vibrant, elevated, and beautifully balanced. He sourced stunning blooms that complemented our overall design perfectly, and the dahlias were absolutely gorgeous. The arrangements felt organic, refined, and so fitting for our mountain setting.

One of the most special parts of our wedding weekend was hosting a flower assembly gathering at the farm the day before the wedding. We had 20 guests ranging in age from 10 to 75 join us, and Paul created such a welcoming and organized environment. He provided clear guidance while still allowing everyone to feel creative and involved. The space was spacious and comfortable, and what could have felt overwhelming instead felt meaningful and fun. Our guests are still talking about it.

On the wedding day, Paul and his assistant truly went above and beyond. When a sudden gust of wind sent one of the arrangements into the pond just 10 minutes before the ceremony, they didn’t hesitate. They fished it out, refreshed it, and made sure everything looked perfect before guests arrived. I never felt stressed because I knew we were in capable hands.

He also helped me add an incredibly meaningful touch to my bouquet by incorporating small photos of loved ones who had passed. It was done beautifully and with so much care. That detail meant more to me than I can express.

In terms of value, we felt the services we ordered were absolutely worth it and fully within our budget. Honestly, the experience felt like it was worth even more than what we paid. Between the quality of the locally grown flowers, the hands-on pre-wedding event, the seamless delivery, and the level of professionalism and passion Paul brings to his work, it was an investment that enhanced our entire wedding weekend.

To say Paul from Apple Core Farms was accommodating is a gross understatement. His workshop space is large and has plenty of tabletop workspace to let the creativity flow. Paul tailored the brides flower selections from his farm and personally handpicked each flower. He had tools, buckets and all the necessary items at my disposal. Paul was attentive and frequently checked on the flower progress to ensure my needs were met. The experience at ACF is a florists dream.

Paul was an absolute dream to work with. He gave us a full tour of his garden and let us explore and select exactly what blooms spoke to us in the moment. He was a knowledgeable, kind, and patient teacher and made the process of selecting our flowers effortless. We came the next day to assemble our bouquets in his studio, and they turned out stunning (better than my Pinterest inspo). I'd highly recommend working with Apple Core Farms to any bride who likes to get their hands a little dirty and be involved in their flower selection in a really special way.
