Doug Long was very lenient on no making me use his catering service and let my grandmother and sister-in-law make the food. When the attendant told me she could not remove the tables I would not be using I called Doug and he purchase linens to cover them in my colors, when the attendant told me I could not have floating balloons (Doug originally told me I could) I called him and he made it so I could have floating balloons.
I choose to have a cash bar which turned out nicely and I paid for unlimited soda which turned out well. The people were really nice and stayed on top of it.
