My Husband and I hired Amber for wedding photos as well as a photo booth. Her and her husband were beyond accommodating and took such good care of us. Amber and her husband were so professional and always answered all of our questions quickly. We utilized Amber for her many skills as she created my bouquet and my floral arrangement for our arch. I have used Amber in the past and have never been disappointed. Her photos are amazing quality and so is her heart. She shows such passion for what she does and it makes me appreciate her so much more. Thank you Amber and Billy for making our day so special and memorable.

We worked with Amber and her husband for my wedding in Indio, CA. She scouted the location before hand, was so professional and responsive and the photos are incredible. We could not be happier to have worked with such a talented photographer!

Amber is super sweet! It was our first experience with a wedding photographer and she made the process very warm and smooth. On the day of, she texted me and checked in to see if I needed anything as the bride—Starbucks or anything she could pick up on her way. I really appreciated it.

I hired Amber to do photography for my wedding, as well as operate a photo booth. We chose Amber because we liked her photography samples, and she also had basically the cheapest pricing of anyone I talked to.

The 1-star review is because dealing with Amber after the event was over was the single most stressful part of wedding planning for us, and she DID NOT FULFILL HER CONTRACT. She put in the contract that we should get photos 60 days after the event. The photos were not only late, but I had to ask 3-4 times (over the course of about a week I tried phone, e-mail, and Instagram after the 60-day deadline) to get a response. It took so long to get a response that I started panicking that she was ghosting us completely, and started googling lawyers in case she was taking our money and running. Luckily, she eventually responded saying she was having "technical difficulties" and uploading the photos now. When I looked at the gallery the day after this message, it was still not complete. We were missing photos of important moments like speeches, etc. I had to ask twice more (over the course of 6 additional days) before all of the photos were actually in the gallery. On the plus side, once we had the photos we were happy with the quality, but the unprofessionalism from Amber and stress to get them was not worth the cheap price.

Secondly, the photo booth was a COMPLETE DISASTER. We paid extra for a guest book. Every photo was to have 2 copies and the 2nd would be pasted in the guest book. Well, these people were clearly not given any instruction by Amber about the guest book. They were giving both copies out to guests. After the wedding, my husband and I were so excited to look through all the photo strips of our guests and it was... a big, blank book with empty black pages and less than 30 photo strips. It was very disappointing... luckily, we thought, the photos were all saved digitally so Amber should be able to print them after the fact and send them to us. Well, I asked her about 20 times, and she kept saying that she was sending them (when she actually responded, which was only about 1/4 of the time)... and we never got them. It has now been 4 months. So really, she owes us a refund for the guest book, which I'm sure we will never see.

Another part of our contract was a USB of the photos. She sent us a heart-shaped USB, in a custom wood box, with a dreamcatcher and a rock with the word "LOVE" painted on it. When I asked for the photo strips for the 10th time after receiving this odd package, she yet again said it was coming and asked if I liked all this custom stuff her husband made me. While I appreciate the gesture, I did not ask for a dreamcatcher or a rock. I JUST WANT THE PHOTO STRIPS THAT I PAID FOR. I think this explains Amber in a nutshell... good intentions, good photography skills, but horrible business acumen, unprofessional, extremely disorganized and frustrating to work with.

Save yourself some grief and do not hire her for your wedding. I'm sure she is fine for small photo shoots, like getting a family portrait done. I just wouldn't trust her with a project as large as a 9-hour wedding + photo booth... she can't handle it.
