Alana is the perfect example of a professional, attentive, kind-hearted, and personable vendor. She’s not just your average wedding florist. She focuses so much on her client’s overall vision, and with an impeccable eye for design, her final product, ART, becomes a reflection of the couple. For example, my now husband and I are from Hawai’i and got married in Oregon. And Alana was able to meld the two and personally selected flowers that told our love story through flora and fauna; gardenias and orchids for Hawai’i, Queen Anne’s Lace and roses for Oregon…etc. The amount of kindness and attentiveness she possesses is way above 5 stars.

Our favorite part of our wedding day: Alana was able to import orchids directly from Hawai’i to create a ‘raining’ hanging orchid installation above our dance floor.

We were absolutely astounded by Alana’s floral design for our wedding. She is truly talented. She created 5 hanging installations in the greenhouse where we had our ceremony and reception and both our guests and family (and us!) were blown away by the beautiful design. Alana of Amarie Flora was an absolute dream of a partner to work with for my March '22 wedding in Portland! She turned my conceptual request for a "tropical" "colorful" "fruit-filled" "Taiwan formosa island" floral theme into reality with an incredible editorial eye, with flawless and seamless execution.

At my wedding guests could not stop commenting on the beautiful floral arrangements hanging from the ceiling. More photos were taken of the floral and candle-lit tablescapes than people and the majority of our wedding hashtag contained mostly photos of floral arrangements created by Alana.

Alanna brought our vision to life, and made our wedding look better than anything we imagined / hoped for! She was kind, patient, professional, a great listener, and helped me conceptualize the things that I wasn’t quite certain of how to articulate. After our initial meeting, she drafted an incredible visual proposal which served as a guide for making any other selections (rentals) related to our desired look. Her florals brought everything together so nicely, we received soooo many compliments on her beautiful work! Not only is she incredibly talented, but also a good person person who was absolutely delightful to work with; we feel so lucky that she was available on our wedding date!

Alana is amazing! We spoke for a couple hours and she compiled a fantastic lookbook/vision board that I then used to plan so many other parts of our wedding. The installation she made for our ceremony was absolutely stunning and embodied all our fall foliage dreams. She really listened to all our requests and even foraged for parts of our displays to bring in Oregon's natural beauty. Our guest couldn't stop raving about how beautiful our wedding was and how much they loved it, and I truly think the gorgeous warm autumn vibes Alana's floral work gave off were an huge part of that.

Alana helped us plan and decorate our winter elopement in the Columbia River Gorge. She poured her essence into our special day and it was made every bit more magical because of it!

Alana does a great job listening to your vision and facilitating collaborative discussion. I felt respected by her and trusted her the whole way through. She offers a great artistic eye and mixes in unique florals to give pieces that extra pop. My wedding bouquet was bold, beautiful, and elegant, featuring exotic florals and local wintery greens. Each person who sees photos of our wedding immediately oohs and ahhs over the florals. Not surprising!

On the wedding day, Alana was warm and professional and contributed to an intimate and memorable vibe. She worked well with other vendors and I saw that she was finding any and all ways to be helpful.
