Amanda did my daughter's (Bailey) makeup on May 7, 2016. The first thing I noted about Amanda is how she encourages her clients to speak up, speak freely about their likes and dislikes. She told my daughter to let her know if she didn't like the way something looked or if she had a different vision in mind. Amanda wants to be sure she and her client are on the same page throughout the process. Bailey was the "belle of the ball" and received so many compliments the night of her event as well as days later as people were able to view her photographs. Her makeup was absolutely flawless, and she enjoyed her night with complete confidence in how she looked. The makeup stayed in place and looked as perfect at the end of the evening as it did when we walked out of the salon at 2:30 in the afternoon. Amanda is a true artist with makeup - I encourage anyone looking for a truly talented makeup artist to entrust their special day to Amanda. She is amazing.

Amanda is an amazing make-up artist! I can't say enough about her professionalism, integrity, capabilities, knowledge, experience and talent! I have been to other make-up artists in my life but have not found one as competent as Amanda. She takes the time to explain and educate me throughout the entire application and procedures so I can continue to maintain the look she gives me. She did my wedding, all my brides maids, my mother and even my mother-in-law's make-up and hair. Everyone complimented us on how beautiful we all looked (I think they really meant it!). I hired Amanda for on-site Hair and Make-up for a wedding I was the Maid of Honor in. I can't say enough of how amazing of a job she did! She is exceptionally prompt, very detailed and brings passion to her work! She is a true artist! She also brings an amazing calming energy, which is priceless when in the middle of prepping for a wedding. The wedding and reception were outdoors and I was concerned I would sweat my make-up off, but she assured me it would be sweat and humidity resistant...and boy it was! The sprinklers went off during the ceremony and my make-up & hair remained flawless. Dancing at the reception...no problem, still flawless! I kept receiving tons of compliments from the wedding party and guests all day & night! When I finally made it home that night, my make-up & hair still looked as perfect as it did when she finished up on me (13hrs later!!)..photo-ready for a few last selfies before heading to bed!!!
For the make-up challenged, like me, she offers lessons at her studio which I plan on signing up for to learn how to make myself as beautiful as she made me!
