Alpha Delights did a wonderful job with our cake. Mary was very easy to work with. We had envisioned a different kind of wedding cake design than what she usually does, and yet she was willing and able to make our vision happen for us. The cake itself was excellent! Some of our guests told us it was the best wedding cake they have ever had.

We ordered our cake from Alpha Delights and we found that they were very easy to work with, wonderful at communicating, and they delivered our cake over 2 hours away from the bakery in beautiful condition. It tasted AWESOME! Everyone at the reception was raving about it.

Alpha Delights created a beautiful wedding cake and dessert table for our wedding. The presentation was beautiful and it tasted delicious! We received many compliments! I would highly recommend their services.

We had many compliments!! The owner took care of details in person and had a very professional caring attitude. I didn't have much time to embellish details on our cake, but things were flawless and seamless with our very clean three tiered lemon raspberry cake. The only thing I would've done differently would be not doing fondant. It was super thin and smooth, yummy, with a layer of buttercream underneath. I just didn't need the extra "luxury" of fondant, and I was scared into getting it thinking the cake would fall apart with only buttercream, if was hot. (it was a cool time of year, and the cake was inside at all times) The cake shop was very well presented and everything was reasonably priced. I trusted them and recommend to do a great job.

She was very nice to work with and gave us pictures to look at for ideas. We had our meeting in the restaurant which was very loud and hard to hear at times. Also, she had another meeting going on so she was ping ponging back and forth. The day of, the cake arrived perfectly, looking amazing and perfect. She was a decent price for the quality of her cakes. Overall, I would recommend her again!

First off, the cake was FABULOUS! Absolutely loved it. And it was delicious! My concern was we met with them to design the cake and our wedding cake was 8 different colors and each layer was a different design. So cool! But we gave them all 8 swatches of my bridesmaid dresses (floral) and they decided those colors didn't work right together. well, apparently i thought they did if they were my wedding colors. Anyway, besides that, which i found very odd, the cake turned out awesome.

We decided to purchase sheet cakes elsewhere for our wedding and just have a smaller wedding cake for the head table so we could save money. When we went to return rented stuff from the bakery, the lady proceeded to say that she hopes we did not tell people the sheet cakes were hers becasue she didn't want her reputation ruined. We actually had people prefer sheet cakes over hers. This was very rude of her to even say. But the cake was delicious, so kind of mixed feelings.
