I had forgotten that I was supposed to pick the chairs up that day and called them right as they were closing- they stayed later than they had originally planned on AND helped us load the car even in monsoon-like winds. It was extremely affordable and it was such a good experience.

We had rented 8 aisle lights and a back drop holder that had 38 votives in it. They were beautiful. However, they did come to us dirty. The hurricanes on the aisle lights had wax on them. Also, on the back drop holder, all of the pieces werent there. It was missing a couple votive rings.

Other then that, they were ok.

Was not real happy with All Occasions. Ordered candelabras that were old and the screws were stripped out and they would not stay put at the height we wanted them. In trying to fix them one of them fell over and one of the candle holders popped off. I was then charged $27 to weld it back which I could have had done cheaper than that. Then to top it off I ended up having to use 2 candelabras that were not totally matching in color. I will admit I did break it but if it was a decent product I may have understood it a lot better. Not happy with the service in dealing with the whole scenario. Not very professional or understanding on the phone when we were trying to orginally set the candelabra.
