Jodi and Vanessa were absolutely amazing!!! They did hair and make up for the 3 members of my bridal party, my mother and mother in law as well as me within 4 hours and everyone looked absolutely beautiful. Jodi and Vanessa used the best quality makeup and were readily able to accommodate all of my girls in regards to their various hair styles and requests. They took direction very well and offered great suggestions since my wedding day was windy and certain styles were adjusted for the weather. The price is a little steep, but so worth it! Definitely do a trial run to make sure that your bridal hair and makeup are perfect for the big day. And the best part of the whole thing was that they came to my hotel suite on the day and we did not have to go anywhere to look beautiful. Thank you so much for everything About Face!!!!

Absolutely flawless! They did an amazing job. The price was a little painful but I am planning on only doing this once. My makeup and hair artist was O.J. and she was perfect for me during this process. I could not have asked for a better experience.

We would not recommend About Face. While the end product did come out well, unfortunately, there were a number of errors made that created a lot of stress on our big day-- and things that easily could have been avoided. Some misadvice on my hair extensions caused a major delay and a very tense situation, they forgot to do the fill-in on my groom's hair which they had said they would do, their hairstyle did not hold the same after the veil was removed despite assurances it would, and we initially had to switch out a stylist because we did not like the hair and makeup that was done (and then we still had to pay for another hair and makeup trial instead of them offering to make it right). We had a large contract with them so we would have thought they would have been more easy to work with, customer service oriented and friendly, but they just weren't. As a result of some of the delays and errors on wedding day, we did not have time to get the bridal portrait we wanted, and have to redo the photo shoot AFTER wedding day at large expense and inconvenience. We have relayed this to them because we wanted to get the same people again so we can "recreate" the makeup and hair as close as possible and were told they were unavailable-- and there was no offer to send anyone else or do anything to make this right. We just never felt the service demeanor from the owners/ managers was particularly warm or friendly. About Face is priced high, and for that, you expect professionals who will help make your day go smooth and treat you well-- and who go the extra mile to fix problems or are apologetic at the very least that the experience went sideways. Perhaps at one point About Face had the formula right, as they do a lot of weddings, but the personalized service and desire to do things in the best possible way, without errors, seems to have been lost along the way.
