I loved my experience at Alfred Angelo! I scheduled an appointment but they take walk-ins. When I came in for my appointment, my customer service rep listened to what I was interested in, let us walk around and make some selections, and then she chose some as well that would work for my body type. She was very patient and not pushy. We had our own corner of the building and it was a very personal experience. We went back to shop for bridesmaid dresses and had a nice experience as well because they let us just wander and choose what we wanted, rather than feeling rushed or making a decision we didn't want. Also, the price ranges are very affordable to somewhat expensive, and the quality is great for the dresses.

Wow, I loved my dress. After going to the typical mass produced bridal shop next door, I wanted to cry because their dresses were so plain and looked like something for older brides. I tried on just a few dresses at Alfred Angelo and loved almost all of them. The dress I decided on was so gorgeous that people thought it was a $10,000 dress but it was only $2,000!! SCORE!! One little thing I will say is the hook at the top of the zipper broke on my wedding day when I was putting it on that I had a wedding guest scramble for safety pins. It was only tried on a handful of times for alterations so I feel like It shouldn't have broke but oh well. I would have bought it again and again. The alterations did fall a little flat and I felt like the lady was a little rude. She even accused me of wearing a different bra on my last alteration and that's why it didn't fit right. It did get fixed but it may be something to work on. I would still go with Alfred Angelo again and have already recommended to others who want an expensive and unique looking dress for less!

I had gone to three other places (one time literally leaving in tears) and couldn't find anything that felt like THE dress. After looking at Alfred Angelo dresses online I fell in love and was able to book an appointment online for the NEXT day. I drove an hour to get there, but it was completely worth it. Bethany was extremely knowledgable and helpful. I could describe a dress and she knew EXACTLY which one I meant and was able to grab it to try one quickly. I tried on a ton of dresses and had an overall great experience.

I only had two very minor issues. The line I was most interested in was the Disney Collection and there were a lot of dresses online that they did not have in store. Also, when I tried to call to make a second appointment to show my mom my dress, I was put on hold for 7 minutes and when the woman came back, she hadn't even looked at her availability for the week. She then told me there was nothing available. When I looked online, there were a ton of open spots and I was able to get an appointment on the exact day and time I wanted later that same week. Long story short: Bethany is wonderful! Dresses are gorgeous! Book everything online :)
