I've used them for my wedding and it was probably the worst decision I made. After waiting over 3 months for video and pictures... I finally received it but 2 out of the 3 cd's with the photos were damaged... after being called a liar I had to come out to office max to show that this cd was damaged.. they agreed to do another one, however I have yet to receive. I was able to get my pictures though since one CD worked. So unprofessional. My guests at the wedding felt very uncomfortable at how rude and unprofessional they were. On our contract, it was agreed that guests could purchase dvd and cd but looks like they aren't willing to do let guests purchase. I am so glad that I am done dealing with them. Moral of the story, their main goal is to take your money, they don't care whether you like their work or not or how long it takes for you to get your video and pictures.
