I loved the cake, and have no complaints about the bakery staff who made it. It was beautiful, and it tasted wonderful. It was made on time and was very cheap, considering all the little extras I bought. The only complaint I have (hence the lower rating) was in the delivery service. We told them we would have the wedding elsewhere, so to please drop off the cake at the reception and build it up for us. We were afraid we'd ruin it trying to put it together ourselves. The delivery guy shows up, drops the cake off in multiple boxes, and leaves it there without setting it up. The ONLY reason why we paid the extra $50 was because they said they would set it up for us. The guy complained that we weren't there to tell him it was ours (duh, we were getting married in a park), so he just left our cake in an empty room not set up. The cake was great, but the delivery staff is lacking some intelligence.
