This review is kind of conflicted because we had two very different experiences when we were planning this out. One of the bakers was AMAZING, gave us tips to make our ideas more achievable and functional for what we wanted and who was the one who made our beautiful cake in the end. If that had been our only comparison, my review would be 5/5, easy. HOWEVER, before finalizing our order, we ran into a second employee who was NOTHING but condescending, didn't even listen to what we wanted, and who literally scoffed at a couple of the ideas that we had actually been given by the original lady. By all means, I'm not opposed to a professional disagreeing--they DO do this for a living and tend to know more than I do, and don't always do things the same way--but I expect professionalism and respect from someone I am looking to give my money to. We almost found another bakery after the second experience, but in the end it worked out. Overall, Albertsons really does beautiful work for the price.
