When my husband first began bringing the idea of possibly proposing, he took me to different jewlers including Tiffany's & Mayor's looking for the perfect ring. When we met Albert though we finally felt at ease when searching for the ring, he has a variety of beautiful options, and working with him in his family owned jeweler boutique def. helped us find the perfect options, which later my husband was able to pick the most perfect engagement ring for me. My fiance and I fell in love with our jeweler the minute we walked in to his store. Up to that point we were sold with another jeweler but things changed quickly. Albert makes you feel like family and is very accomodating. He his willing to work with you and you can tell he know what he's doing. The only reason I gave 4 stars for quality of service and responsiveness is because my engagement ring didnt turn out the way we originally designed it. It was Christmas time and everything was hectic so we understood. We took it back and he fixed the problem and actually end up giving us larger side diamonds at no extra cost. My wedding band did take some time to come in and he had to loan us a band for the wedding. Cons is the fact that we had to give back the ring to get it fixed and that my band was not in on time. Pros is that he's an honest vendor who seems like he has your better interest at heart and will go out of his way to make sure you are happy. Truly feels like family walking into his shop. Highly recommended.
