It is a great location with great views and indoor and outdoor settings and a very helpful staff. If you want to book this location you do have to do so by the end of the year as the AKC is forcing the museum to move to NYC but if you can get there before then it is worth it.

This venue was extremely flexible and did everything in their power to make sure my day was perfect. Each person we worked with was extremely patient and wonderful to talk to. They even stayed open late so that my rental could be dropped off when they were running 3 hours late. The value was incredible and they made setting up and tearing down extremely easy. The Dog Museum is one of the few places in St. Louis that can hold a large amount of people, provide space for a ceremony, and allow you to bring in all of your own vendors. It gave a great vintage feel for my ceremony too! LOVE LOVE LOVE!

Everyone commented on how unique our reception venue was and how much fun they had! Jan was very responsive to our questions. My family made several visits to check out the space and she even arrived early to let us set up. We had another venue that fell through so we scrambled at what felt like the last minute to find an amazing place. I'm so glad our first place didn't work out because we received superior service from AKC staff and freedom and flexibility to do what we wanted in the Museum for a much much better price!

The Dog Museum was a wonderful setting everyone was so helpful and caring. The setting is absolutely breathtaking and well worth the money. They helped to make my wedding day the most amazing event.

At first the venue sounds a bit corny...however it is a breathtakingly beautiful site in Saint Louis. There are many spots to take photos, and the reception hall holds ~150 people.
