Located in Phoenix, Arizona, Aioli Gourmet Catering and Food Trucks provides catering for wedding celebrations.
Chef Thomas D’Ambrosio is a graduate from the Culinary Institute of America, with over a decade of fine dinning experience. He completed his apprenticeship at the Greenbrier in West Virginia. This was under certified master chef Richard Rosendale as seen “Recipe rehab” on CBS. Chef Thomas competed in a post secondary Skills USA competition, where he placed first place in the nation.
Being born and raised in Arizona, Chef Thomas was happy to come back to his home town and start, own, and operate one of the fastest growing food trucks in Arizona during 2014 and 2015. Chef Thomas also graduated from NAU with a bachelors degree in Hotel Restaurant Management in 2009.

The Duke has done a ton of events with Aioli Gourmet Catering! Everybody loves them and the food is fantastic! I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for an amazing experience.
BEST falafel burgers ever! The raves from the wedding guests just kept coming. Kyle and his team listen to the overall vision of the day and work to make the food portion of the evening coming together seamlessly. I love their spirit of teamwork and it doesn't hurt that the food is AWESOME! I'm very excited for their newest food truck Modern Tortilla as a true taco loving wedding planner. Can't wait to partner up again.
