  Couldn't be Happier!

  We couldn't be any happier with our experience with Aioli's food truck at our wedding in Sedona this weekend! The food was absolutely phenomenal - hands down the best burger I've ever had! Our guests could not stop raving about the service, the selection and the taste! Special shoutout to the mac and cheese bites, these were a fan favorite. We even had a last minute change of a 1 hour delay due to weather and Vivianna, Paola and the team were able to accommodate without any issue. Thank you Aioli for making our best day ever delicious!

  Catering trailer was perfect for our rehearsal dinner!

  We hired Aioli’s catering trailer to come out for our rehearsal dinner. They had so many various options we could have at our event and the pricing made it even more a steal! In the end everyone who attended loved that they were able to customize their burgers just the way they wanted! The communication from their team was outstanding. Their teams were very professional and personable. I would highly recommend others to use Aioli Burger for future catering needs!

  Food truck wedding? Best idea ever!

  Aioli Burger was great. From our tasting to the day of the wedding, they were wonderful to work with. We received so many compliments on the quality of the food, and we even got a little to go box for the hotel after the wedding! 10/10 would recommend them.

  Excellent addition to our wedding day!

  Aioli burger food truck did a wonderful job catering our wedding!! When we went in for a tasting we were instantly hooked, some of the tastiest food I’ve had in awhile! They also had the option for a vegetarian option (beyond burger) which was really important to us. The staff was professional, the food truck looked very nice, and all my guests had nothing but great things to say about the food. They were also very responsive and easy to communicate with leading up to our wedding day. I would definitely recommend them!

  Fast, fun, and perfect for foodies!

  We had both the Aioli Burger and Oak Wood Fired Pizza trucks cater our wedding and everything went off without a hitch. We had two hundred guests and everyone was fed within an hour. People were absolutely delighted with their meals and there was minimal cleanup on our end. Highly recommend for anyone doing a backyard wedding!

  The team at Aoili Catering made our catering experience so easy. Our wedding was on New Years Eve and we envisioned a Late-Night Snack Menu. Most catering companies I talked to had no clue what I was talking about or needing. Aoili actually listened to me and worked with my budget to produce the most fun, unique, and simply delicious menu. We had fried chicken, mashed potato bar, egg rolls, flat breads, and so much more. We also had a churro bar for dessert!! Before the wedding they came to our house and did a tasting. So personable and just an all around amazing experience. And it has to be said that we didn't have a big catering budget. This team is amazing.

  I have been a Event Planner/Wedding Consultant for many years here in Arizona. I worked with Kyle and Chef Tommie, the owners of the business. What a great pleasure. Their response to requests, crazy changes was amazing. I appreciate all the attention to detail. This organization was most professional, friendly and service oriented. I will be recommending Aioli Gourmet Burger Food Industry Trucks to my future clients. If you want something out of the Ordinary Call them to book your next event. The pricing is also reasonable and accommodating.

  I can't say enough how impressed we were with Aioli! They catered our daughter's wedding and provided excellent service and amazing food! They were very professional and responded to our guests promptly and with personality! We had 115+ hungry guests and they served each and every one! Our guests loved it! The menu was great and very reasonable! I would recommend Aioli for any event large or small! Love them! Laura Britting

  We had two food trucks at our January wedding reception, with Aioli Burger being one of them and they were absolutely amazing! Although some of our guests were a little skeptical of food trucks initially, there was not a single person who didn't love their food. I heard several times, from people visiting from all over the country, that this was the BEST burger they had ever had. The entire process of hiring Aioli Burger was easy and enjoyable, we communicated primarily with Kyle and he was an absolute pleasure to work with. We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to hire a food truck to cater an event!

  These guys catered our wedding for a very reasonable price and did a great job! They had everything organized from top to bottom. The food they served was to die for. I would definitely recommend these guys for any type of event.

  Aioli Gourmet Catering Company catered my wedding at the Fireside at Norterra Community Center in North Phoneix,AZ on November 28, 2015. The catering manager, Kyle, did a phenomenal job working with my wife and I from start to finish. Kyle made us feel very much at ease when we were still in the planning stage of our wedding. Because of his professionalism and great communication skills, we knew that we were in good hands throughout the entire process. The initial food tasting was definitely a positive experience and the food preparation and presentation at the wedding was executed flawlessly; everyone at the wedding reception raved about how much they loved the food. Chef Tom is truly a master craftsman when it comes to creating delicious, beautiful food for a wedding. We chose an Asian theme for our reception dinner: Thai Spring Rolls with peanut dipping sauce, Katsu Chicken, and beef stir fry with mixed vegetables. The high quality food and friendly, efficient service provided us and guests with a top notch dining experience. I have nothing other than praise for Kyle, Chef Tom and all the service staff who helped to create the most memorable day of our lives.

  It actually was was not my wedding but I was a groomsman for a wedding they catered. Amazing food and a clean looking crew. The couple wanted to make it fun so they served right off the truck, which I think was a great idea. Overall great job and good work Aioli Team!

  Affordable Gourmet Burgers

  We loved having Aioli cater our wedding. The appeal of a food truck that involved gourmet burgers (one of our favorite foods) as well as a clean-up free option, was too appealing to turn down. They were affordable and delicious. The 120 guest count took about 45 minutes to serve, with the three burger options. Everyone loved the food!
