Ryan and Darren were great! Everything was handled professionally and with timely communication. They were on time the day of the wedding and true to their quote that we got months in advance of our date. The price was affordable, the food was amazing, and all our guests raved over it.

Joe and his team were amazing! Would highly recommend to anyone getting married. No matter what you are thinking backyard BBQ or formal sit down dinner they can do pretty much anything. The best part is that they are friendly and incredibly professional. Your wedding catering will be the least stressful part of the planning process! The food was one of the best parts of our wedding!

If you are looking for a backyard style BBQ for your wedding then Adam's Ribs is who you want to cater! Adam's Ribs works on the old system, no contracts, just your name, date, and time on a calendar and their word that they will be there. They were true to their word and the quote that they gave us. The food was amazing and all of our guests loved it! The food is not overpriced for a tiny plate. For the price per/head (starting at $17) we got one pound of ribs and 1/4 BBQ'd chicken per person plus three sides and a roll, all of it was cooked and served on site. We had some hearty eaters in our guest list and we still had a ton of leftovers which were wrapped up and left for us to give to our guests and ourselves. Did I mention that the food was delicious? Anyway this company has catered all the Christmas parties at my husbands work for over a 1000 people each year and the food has always been wonderful, so we knew that our wedding of about a 100 would be no exception.

Loved working with Adams ribs for my wedding catering (~150 people). Everyone raved about the food during and after the wedding. KP was fantastic and energetic and super helpful. We had to rent plates and silverware, as this vendor only offers plastic.

We paid an extra $400 to have their staff set up the chairs / tables for us and - although it was fantastic to have that handled for us - they were significantly understaffed for it. During the cocktail hour we were still running around getting it set up. The wrong tablecloths were used on certain tables. The tables themselves didn't have the right number of place settings or chairs -- so when guests went to sit down, they had to go grab a chair from the back room. If you were to use them for this service, I would highly suggest having a day-of coordinator to double check and direct this process.
