Arlen was great!

First let me tell you about his business. He doesn't advertise and doesn't have a traditional jewler's store front. He does all of his business by referrals because we are all exceptionally happy customers! My husband shopped around for an entire YEAR for my engagement ring in states across the country as he traveled for business. Arlen was able to provide the BEST service, really listening to what my husband was looking for. Once he knew what my husband was looking for, instead of shoiwng him the ONE or two rings he had to match that description, he came back in a week with six diamonds to choose from, my husband narrowed those down and then Arlen had 6 more for him to choose from in that narrowed down category. This could have gone on as long as my husband needed it to. His prices were less than half of the next cheapest jewlers (because of the office and not advertising). Because of a time crunch, Arlen even let my husband come over to his house on a weekend to make the final selection before my husband left for business and made sure it was ready and delivered to my state in time for my husband to propose to me. I can not say enough how amazing all of our continued experience with Arlen has been. He has always gone out of his way to ensure that we are satisfied and you can not find prices like his anywhere else.

When it comes to jewelry there is only one man that I call...which happens to be the same man who has designed and created over 20 rings (as well as other jewelry items) for my own family including grandparents, cousins, aunts, uncles, nephews, great-grandparents and nieces. Arlan is the type of man Gemologist that refuses to let you settle for a ring or a stone...but encourages you to share your hopes and dreams for the ring that you will wear for the rest of your life.

My wife's wedding ring was actually a 75 year old white gold ring that she got form her grandmother. There was a huge sentimental value attached to it...as well as it being very intricate, very detailed and very delicate. Arlan completely refurbished and modified this ring. While still maintaining the same antique style and look, he was able to strengthen, update and create an absolute work of art that brought my wife to tears the first time she saw it. Absolute perfection at only 60% of typical retail costs. High Integrity, High quality and honesty for a fraction of retail costs.
