Let me start by saying that Jennifer is the most personable, down-to-earth, kind, professional artist I've had the pleasure of working with. I felt like I was meeting with a friend or big sister - she listened to my thoughts and my ideas and exceeded all of my expectations. I wish I could get my hair and make-up done by her more often! I just loved the experience. Jennifer was recommended to me by my elopement planner/photographer, and she delivered.

The day of my elopement, she met with me at 3:30AM! Come on, serious kudos to her. She was up and so ready to turn my crusty ole self into a straight QUEEN. Honestly, I could not have asked for more. I felt so beautiful. My photos don't even do it justice!!

My experience with Jennifer was unfortunately less than ideal. Jennifer is incredibly kind, but sadly unreliable. She was slow in communications with me during the months leading up to my wedding. She rescheduled my trial hair and makeup appointment around 9pm the evening before because of travel issues. This was inconvenient for me because of my very packed work schedule. It was also difficult to communicate with Jennifer to reschedule the trial date. Then, on the day of my wedding, Jennifer did not show up to do my hair and makeup. We had to scramble and have the additional two women (who were amazing!) step in to do my bridal look. I’m a pretty simple person, but neither of these ladies did my trial. They pulled it together incredibly, but Jennifer never texted me back when I reached out to ask if she would be coming nor did she follow up with an apology after the wedding day. Jennifer is very sweet and does good work, but I would not recommend her to other brides as this experience did not give me confidence in her reliability or communication.
