We booked Apples to Apples for our wedding because we wanted a nicer food menu than BBQ and we were glad we did! The food was good; we had a chicken breast, butternut squash ravioli, potatoes, salad, and roasted carrots. All of the staff that we worked with were great. Most guests didn’t read the sign at the beginning of the buffet table because it was really small so they didn’t know what they were putting on their plate. But we did get many compliments on the food! As for the bar, they were flexible about letting us buy more drinks to make it free for the guests because we ran out before dinner even started. However, we weren't informed that it ran out until a family member mentioned it. 50 seltzers for 100 guests was recommended by the representative I was working with but they were gone almost immediately and I wish we would have provided more upfront. But as I mentioned before, they let us buy more cases so we could continue with an open bar.

The Good: The food tasted great, the staff was attentive and very personable, and all components were right on schedule with what was previously discussed.
The Bad: We could only choose them due to having an exclusivity contract with the venue, they were higher priced than other alternatives we had previously looked at, and some beer was served to our guests warm.
In conclusion, we were unable to make a choice on caterer, guests were disappointed by the warm beer, but they did a good job with the dinner and late night snack. They also refunded part of our bill because of the mess up with the beer, so while the day wasn’t exactly what we hoped, they did do something to try and make it right.
