They were unable to give clear rates when I called to check for my bridesmaids to have their dresses altered. Then when we went in, because the wedding isn't until December the lady who was working became sarcastic about the dresses being altered. We have not gotten the dress back yet and I can only assume quality based on their past work. The woman did not even give a time of when they might be done with the dress only asking "so if i don't get it done until next month that will be ok?" I was extremely disappointed!! I am so glad that I went in search of multiple places to do my alterations!

I had a good and bad experience with this business. I chose them to alter my wedding gown after they had altered many other previous items for me with no problem. The alterations were fine, but they did not press my dress after altering. I brought it back in and asked them to press it. They didn't tell me how much it would be. When I got the dress back, I was shocked when I heard they were charging me $80 just to press the gown! The clerk even looked surprised and asked me, "Were you expecting this?"
I was even more shocked when I got home and opened the garment bag and discovered that only the front of the gown had been pressed! The back was completely wrinkled. Because it was New Year's Eve, they closed early so when I called there was no response. The next day, New Year's Day, they were closed too and had no answering machine. So I had to use my own steamer to do the job they were paid to do. I'm very upset and won't be using their services anymore.
