Kelsey and her team at A Charming Fete were instrumental in making the dream come true wedding for our daughter a stress free memory. Starting with the budget that can be overwhelming, to pulling together all the details that made the wedding and reception a beautiful day to the very end, Kelsey had everything in order. I loved having all the details at my fingertips on their shared documents. I could see the guest list, keep track of the RSVPs, see all invoices to be paid and those paid, plus had a list of TO DOs by date to keep us on track.

I got the opportunity of planning the 2019 Christmas Party of the company I worked for but due to my crazy work schedule I decided to get professional help. I have been following A Charming Fete for while on instagram and I was so ready to work with them! Let me just say, BEST decision ever!! I got to work closely with Chelsea and Bella who paid special attention to design and what we wanted. The theme was Winter Wonderland...and the peoples reactions when they walked into the ballroom as I recall "This looks like its out of the Frozen Movie"!!! Honestly, everyone was raving about the party for weeks!!! They already talking about the 2020 christmas party! Chelsea and Bella co-ordinated everything flawlessly and worked with our company budget closely to get the best out of it! The centerpieces, the flowers, the lighting, the DJ... everything was beyond perfect! The dealt with all the vendors and were transparent with design and pricing. Other than these Ladies planning expertise, they really are the sweetest to work with! Thank you Chelsea, Bella and A Charming Fete!! ...Hope we can work together again soon!!

My husband and I were married at BayArts in September. In July we had found out that the original venue coordinator we had been planning our wedding with had left the venue. We were notified A Charming Fete would be taking over, which was very unsettling being only a few months from our wedding. Initially, we were extremely nervous, but after working with Bella, we couldn't have been happier. She was absolutely wonderful and helped bring the wedding of our dreams to life. The set up to the clean up was flawless. I literally had zero wedding day worries. Thank you Bella!!

I cannot even express how thankful I was to have A Charming Fete plan and coordinate our wedding day. I was debating on hiring a wedding planner and met with different Cleveland planners, but ultimately decided on A Charming Fete because I wanted a unique wedding executed with a professional eye. They have amazing taste! Lauren Hibbard went above and beyond for us during the entire planning process and wedding day. She was truly invaluable and our dream wedding would not have happened without her. She kindly answered all my type A emails, coordinated a flawless plan with my vendors/ venue coordinator, and executed our taste better than we could have imagined. I was set on having an outdoor wedding and when the Cleveland summer thunderstorms became a threat, she transformed our venue into a rain plan that was better than the original. Lauren and her team of vendors worked hard all morning and afternoon while I could get ready for the wedding stress -free (minus checking the rain forecast continuously). She also stayed past 1 am breaking down and bringing my belongings from the venue to my parents' hotel room. I could go on for days about the value of having great wedding planners like Lauren and A Charming Fete. Basically, if you want to have the wedding of your dreams that guests will rave about for months, you should work with A Charming Fete!

We used A Charming Fete for "day of" planning and couldn't be happier with our decision! I am a little bit of a control freak and a designer so I knew that I wanted to be hands-on with planning my wedding but I didn't want my wedding day to be stressful for me, my mom or my MOH/bridesmaids. Jenny was our planner and she was AMAZING. Throughout the month before my wedding she thought of every detail that I had overlooked or didn't think of, and came to meetings with me, asked the right questions, and told me I could text her/contact her 24/7. The wedding day she was everywhere taking care of problems, coordinating and anticipating the needs of my husband and I, our parents, the wedding party and the vendors. Afterwards, everyone in the wedding couldn't stop raving about her and how on top of it she was. My wedding day was so stress free thanks to Jenny!

Hiring A Charming Fete was THE BEST DECISION we made during our entire wedding planning process. We had the wedding of our dreams, and there is no way we could have pulled it off without their organization, guidance, expertise, and execution. We had been planning our wedding for about 9 months when we realized that we were in over our heads. We were worried that we’d spend our whole wedding day trying to coordinate all the moving parts, so we decided to look into potential “day-of” wedding planners. When we met with Tiffany during our initial meeting, we knew A Charming Fete was “the one” (no pun intened). About 3-4 weeks before the wedding, we passed the baton onto Tiffany, and it was the BIGGEST relief. She reached out to all of our vendors and confirmed drop offs/deliveries/pickups/timeline and answered any and all questions our vendors had about the wedding day. As issues popped up, she was on top of them right away, and offering solutions. That is a priceless service to a bride in the last few weeks before her wedding! We found out our priest could not be at the ceremony/rehearsal dinner, and without hesitation, Tiffany said she would be there and would guide us and our wedding party through the ceremony rehearsal. On the big day, I was able to wake up with nothing but excitement because I knew Tiffany and her Charming Fete team had it covered. THIS IS HOW ALL BRIDES SHOULD FEEL ON THEIR WEDDING DAY! And as we knew it would, the wedding day went off without a hitch. Maggie was with us during pictures, carrying my cathedral length veil so it didn’t get dirty, holding my bouquet, and filling my champagne glass before I even knew it was empty. They even loaded up all our wedding gifts in their car and DELIVERED THEM TO OUR APARTMENT! The icing on the cake is that Tiffany and her team are kind, enthusiastic, and BRIGHT women, and they are a direct reflection of A Charming Fete.

A Charming Fete created the most fabulous personal shower!! They designed and planned a 1920's pin up girl event! They created all the decor, party favors and a stunning dessert table! My friends were blown away by the attention to detail! I cannot thank them enough for planning such a memorable event and would highly recommend A Charming Fete!

A charming fete went over and beyond our expectations. Everyone was talking about all of their creative additions and conceptions. I cannot tell you how impressed I was with their creative minds and there ability to keep everything so organized and in order! I was able to concentrate on enjoying myself while they took all the stress off my shoulders.

Thank you for making my job as baby shower host as simple and flawless possible! The mommy to be was blown away by the surprise theme of "vintage airplane". Everything flowed and I received so many compliments and felt bad taking any credit! This was a class "a" event!!

I worked with A Charming Fete to help plan some fabulous details for my wedding at the Ritz Carlton in Cleveland! I had a wonderful day of planner that handled all the logistics but I really needed a business to help me plan creative details for my wedding. In comes Lisa from a A Charming Fete--seriously this girl has some amazing ideas that I haven't heard of or seen before! She helped me plan many things for the wedding along with helping me pick my colors, fabrics used, designing my tables, etc for the reception. She styled my entire layout for a huge cookie display with gorgeous gold cake stands and tons of candles that had people just stunned! She helped me set up a sea of diamond looking glass gems lined through the middle of my place card table- oh my word it was beautiful! She knew great websites to find all the things I needed- I made a wish tree and she helped me find these huge branches to use for them, crystals to drape and she also created a beautiful monogramed frame to display there as well! Also a highlight she helped plan was a champagne tower- simply stunning! She helped make this a night to forever remember!
