425 Downtown is located in beautiful downtown Springfield, with the atmosphere and quality of service to create the experience you desire. We are a full service events and catering company which can help supply DJ service, Valet parking, Event Planner, Full Catering and Bar Service or anything you need to make your event a huge success. Tables, chairs and basic setup and cleanup are included and the space can accommodate up to 230 guests for a seated reception. We also offer an All Inclusive Package that includes full buffet catering and cash bar service. We do provide exceptional catering, however, when selecting the rental option we allow outside catering at no additional cost. We can create a custom catering menu based on your preferences. Additionally, we offer off-site catering and bar services, and can cater to anywhere in the greater Springfield area.

My husband was unsure at first but we finally decided to go with the all-inclusive package that 425 offers. I am so happy that we did! I had absolutely no worries about catering! The food was amazing and our guests were very pleased. The entire 425 staff made sure that our big day went as smoothly as possible. Before I walked down the aisle, one of the bartenders even fixed my train. My husband didn't want to see me before the wedding and they helped me sneak around without seeing him! The staff made sure that my husband and I did not go thirsty throughout the night. They really went above and beyond.
If you want a venue that provides a downtown, industrial, and romantic look, 425 is for you. I think it would be extremely difficult to find a better venue that provides delicious food and tremendous service at such an affordable price.

Love this venue, we're sorta biased because it's right around the corner from our studio BUT, it's truly a unique space that offers great reception and even ceremony photography…wood floors and that old vintage feel of aged brick and mortar walls…we LOVE it and you will too! One of our top three venue choices to shoot reception photos in.
