Facilities and Capacity

4 North Event Center is a joint venture between five proud Texan families. Taking a row of derelict buildings bordering the north side of Comanche Square, the partners renovated the properties transforming them into desirable venues. Each of the buildings retains its own distinctive personality, though all share the mark of thoughtful interior design and a respect for their common heritage. The Rathbone Hall can accommodate over 130 guests for a dinner party, and features striking walls of worn plaster that reveal rugged brickwork underneath. Iron chandeliers reminiscent of frontier times hang from its ceilings, and it includes both a formal dining room and caterer’s kitchen. The Wisteria courtyard in turn in a magical setting that makes the most of Texas’ enjoyable weather. Up to 148 guests can relax shaded by its original walls which sport iron-wrought windows and gates. The space connects to the beautiful garden, where guests can enjoy a refreshing drink after the ceremony. The Jean-Marie Ballroom and Suites is the ideal setting for an upscale reception clad in stunning gilded gold. Accommodating large parties, this ballroom also features a range of suites which can welcome tired party-goers at night’s end.

The owners are immensely proud of their venue and welcome couples with open arms. Rental of 4 North Event Center’s space includes access for up to 24 hours, and the management can offer event rentals when required. These include decor items that will make a couple’s chosen setting sing.
