346 is LIF3 is more than a name—it is a way of seeing life, love, and connection. I believe every union carries its own story, its own energy, and its own purpose. My role is not simply to stand before two people and recite words. My role is to listen, understand what brought them together, and help create a ceremony that reflects the truth of that connection.

As the Shef of the Trinity, I approach ceremony as something that should nourish the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. Just as a chef brings different elements together to create something meaningful, I bring together your story, your beliefs, your values, your humor, your family, and your love to create a ceremony that feels complete and uniquely yours.

I welcome couples from every background and belief system. Your ceremony can be spiritual, traditional, religious, non-religious, interfaith, unconventional, or somewhere beautifully in between. There is no requirement that your love fit inside somebody else's definition.

346 is LIF3 is rooted in the belief that love is something we live, not simply something we say. Marriage is a moment of declaration, but it is also an agreement to continue choosing one another through growth, change, challenge, joy, and discovery.

My intention is simple: when you stand together on your wedding day, the words being spoken should feel like your life, your love, and your truth.
