The Waterford staff was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. The waiters catered to the bride and groom and were excellent in assisting and helping guests.

Our photographer was very flexible and willing to go with the flow. She made sure she took all the pictures I wanted to be taken, and throughout the night never seemed to take a break--I think she captured every little and big moment throughout the day.

Chris R. from The Pros was awesome! He paced the evening perfectly and was a complete joy to have at the wedding. He was extremely pleasant and accommodating. I would hire him again in a second.

Bert has an awesome personality. He came to the rehearsal to introduce himself and get to know the main people. He wanted people to feel comfortable around him so on the wedding day everyone would act natural and completely at home. He truly knows this profession and it shows in his demeanor and professionalism.

Easy to order and assemble. Customer service is competent and helpful. Loved how you could write your own invitiation wording. Just be careful to spell check because this company does not do it (but they tell you that WAY before you order).
