Carla

Carla moved to Florida in 2007 and Eric was one of the first people she met.  While working, they would run into each other on calls.  They were both instantly very attracted to each other.  Carla would drive passed Engine 1 where Eric worked and briefly glimpse at the office door in hopes to see his handsome face.  Sometimes he was there =) and sometimes he wasn't =(.  Eric moved to a different Firehouse and well, one year went by without the two seeing each other.  Then on one early morning, Carla was on a call and Eric responded to the scene.  When they saw each other, they were almost in disbelief of how long it had been.  They were both so delighted!  As time approached to leave, Eric felt the pressure and asked, " Do you want to be Facebook friends ?"  Carla's wait was finally over!  They chatted and texted for a few days and Eric asked Carla out to a lunch date soon after.  On their first date, they shared fish tacos and went for a walk.  That sunny summer day, was the first day of the rest of their lives together.
