The Gwinnett Environmental and Heritage Center is absolutely beautiful! The building is in the woods, which creates a very natural scene. There are pavillions and gazebos for outside, but we had our wedding inside. There are rooms with three of the four walls all windows, so you can get the feel of outside without having to be in the weather.

I book the Environmental and Heritage Center about a year in advance. In the time between booking and before the wedding, the person in charge of event rentals left and someone else was in charge. They remained professional and kept their word about the contract I had signed with the previous coordinator. When I went for my final walk through, they were very helpful and helped me figure out exactly what I wanted in each room. The day of the wedding went very smoothly and everyone there was helpful the entire time!

The food was excellent and beyond reasonably priced! We got a lot for the money! We were even behind schedule and the food did not go bad. It was delicious and many of the guests complimented it!

If there were more stars to give, I would give Nigel more! He was amazing!! He has such a creative eye and was extremely wonderful to work with. He should charge two or three times more than he does, so his prices are super reasonable. He did not have a time limit and would go to any place we asked him. He even had a computer set up at the reception and started to put earlier pictures up, so everyone got to see them before they left. Nigel even delivered the pictures to our house. I cannot stress how wonderful he is and was to work with!

Besides all that, the pictures are terrific! Every day I am so thankful we went with Nigel as our photographer!!

Our DJ, Lou, was phenomenal! He was so organized and knew exactly what he was doing! We had great communication before the wedding. The day of, I was a mess. Lou took over and did an excellent job! He played songs everyone liked and that were appropriate for all our guests! Lou was fun and very entertaining all night!
