I bought both my dress and four bridesmaid dresses. My bridesmaids were all fitted for the wrong size so they had to come in at another date to be resized. When their dresses came in they were all wrinkeled and my maid of honor dress had a snag down the front of the skirt. My dress did not need any alterations but I did have to pay to have the bussell done. I saw the one alterations lady when I dropped it off and we decided how it would be busselled. When I came to pick it up I saw two different girls that clearly had no idea how it was supposed to be busselled. It was also supposed to be my final fitting and prior to me picking it up it was supposed to have a bead check done and be pressed. The train was all wrinkeled and when I asked why wasnt it pressed they told me it was and that it had been hanging up pressed between a bunch of other dresses and that just happens! Then they told me I would need to go buy a steamer to keep the wrinkels out!! When I told them this was unexceptable they then told me I would need to keep it out of the bag and lay it out. When it was layed out the buttons they used for the bussell and un bussell would come apart by themselves so I took the dress back and they put on stronger buttons for the unbussell but didnt check the bussell part so when it came time for my reception, I could not bussell my dress even though I had paid for it!!

I found this officiant on very short notice and she worked very hard to accomplish our needs in a timely manner. I would definately recommend her services again!!
