Sue & Lena were great. Heritage ballroom offers quite a lot of space and service for a small price tag. I really was impressed the day of the wedding how smoothly everything came together. Sue was great about making adjustments and rolling with unforeseen circumstances. I would highly recommend the Heritage Ballroom.

Let me start by saying the food was great, and day of service was good. My major issues with Cuisine America came in all of the planning stages. There would be long stretches when I wouldn't hear anything. Sometimes they were on vacation and had left no indication on the voice mail or email that they would be gone for more than 3 days. When I did hear back there would be no progress. We had some major communication breakdown. The chef was looking for us to give him specific recipes and we were looking for him to put a 'meal' together for us. We were stuck in this loop for about 2 and a half months. We lived in Oregon at the time and it was often hard to get a hold of someone within Cuisine America. I would set clear expectations when working with Cuisine America. If you do you will be satisfied, if not, you'll most likely end up like me, satisfied in the end, but miserable in the process.

Erin & Jeff were great. They always responded promptly to voice mail and email. At our wedding they were fun, outgoing, and helpful to our guests. They went beyond what I expected and provided a fun opportunity for our guest to document all the fun and excitement of our wedding. I would recommend them highly!

I was on a short time line to get a dress because I was out of town. Sarah helped me narrow down my choices and track the dresses. She kept us up to date on sales and ordering procedures. In two trips I had my dress picked out and placed the order. Unfortunately, by the time my dress was in, Sarah no longer worked for the company. No explanation. My mother went to pick up the dress and there was a small issue. They were expecting me and did not receive the notation that I lived out of town. Overall, I found a great dress for under $500 and was able to get it in under 6 months.

I was satisfied with the product I received once I had received it. I had some issue with ordering samples (which they charge for). Be warned they only pack samples once a week and it will take 2 weeks to get your samples even if you expedite shipping.

I also had issues with their expedited shipping. I paid $70 for 2nd day air (which is the fastest they offer). Because I placed the order on Thursday night, the order wasn't placed until Friday. They don't ship on Saturday. So the order shipped on Monday and arrived Tuesday. This doesn't feel like 2nd day air to me. Beyond that, the two boxes got separated and I ended up having to pick them up because I had tried to expedite the process.

Bottom line, If you are looking for good paper (lots of recycled and environmentally friendly) these guys are good. Just make sure to leave plenty of time and don't bother with the express shipping.
