The staff at the Gramercy were exceptional at making sure everything for the big day went as planned. They were accomodating and friendly. All of my guests raved about the setting and are looking at forward to booking a stay there for themselves. They were gracious throughout the entire process and up until the last minute we were there.

Wow is all I can say about Chef's Expressions. They are truly one of a kind. The staff, from Bonny to John, were exceptional and they exceeded our expectations. The service was excellent and the food was amazing. The custom menu they created for us blew our guests away and they are still talking about it. The staff made sure to seek us out and keep the bride and groom fed throughout the day and food was left in our room for later. Our wedding cake was magnificent (to look and and to taste). Although they are more costly than other companies, you get more than you pay for. The entire process was fun to work with them. I could not have gotten throught the day without Bonny. She told me where I was supposed to be and kept everything running smoothly. It was perfect!

Tracy was a blast to work with and had great ideas. From the engagement session to the wedding, her eye for detail is incredible. I was thrilled with the engagement pictures and can't wait to see the final wedding pictures. She was so unobtrusive throughout the reception, that I didn't even know she was there and it made it so much more comfortable, yet when it came time for posed pictures, she gave great direction and made everyone feel beautiful and handsome. She is also one of the nicest people you will ever meet.

They blew me away with the creative designs for my wedding. I gave a general look and feeling I wanted and they ran with it. Everything turned out better than I had imagined. Jody was so helpful in making sure I got what I was looking for and I could see that she was truly excited for me.

The string quartet for my wedding and cocktail hour was magnificent. It was a surprise to my (now) husband and he was blown away. They arranged a piece for me that was not in their repetoire and it was better than I hoped for. The service and care they gave me was outstanding. They gave suggestions and were very helpful. One of the musicians, Tammy, even sent photos she had taken during the ceremony! I would recommend them to anyone and would definitely hire them again.

My wedding invitations, placecards and thank you cards all were designed by Hello Lucky. The color and specifications I wanted turned out perfectly. The colors were better in person than on the computer proofs. They looked much more expensive than what they were. I wouldn't change a thing. The turnaround time from the start of the process was also very fast. I will definitely use them again in the future.
