Our love story began when we were introduced by Shireese Watkins at the University of Detroit Mercy (Student Union) in 1998. After talking on the phone countless hours, we decided to meet at a neighborhood tavern for drinks. There was instant chemistry when we saw each other again. Electricity filled the room as we danced the night away. We dated and developed a lasting relationship that has sustained the test of time. We have had our ups and downs, but our love for each other has kept us together. We prayed that our love, joy, compassion, strength and trust last throughout our lifetime....
