Rants
I really dont like it when people try to lock you into packages that you cant customize for your own wedding and then charge outrageous fees. Ive also never heard of having to put a time frame on a reception venue. Some people plan for over a year just for someone to tell you it has to end in three hours? I dont think so!
Raves This is my second marriage...and I'm loving all this available to brides these days and the wide range of ideas. I love that people are breaking all the "rules" and making it their own!
This is a second marriage for us both. Tim and I have known each other for about 10yrs now....we broke up for a year and got back together and Tim wasted no time in proposing. I was shocked when a planned trip to the Keys with his family resulted in a scheme they were all in on for him to propose. So at sunset on October 4, 2008 we were at the southern most point of the USA and he got down on one knee and proposed. I of course said YES....
Our Wedding Plans
Our wedding is a seashell/beach theme in pool blue and latte like colors, representing the sand and sea. Tim and I are both very active people and of course living in Florida, love the beach. We want everyone to just have fun and enjoy the day...no worries and no drama! Im keeping my fingers crossed that we dont have hurricanes to deal with even though we are inside.
Our Planning Experience
We got engaged on October 4, 2008 and I started planning right away. Its amazing that when we first chose a date, I thought August was so far away, and now I'm starting to get nervous realizing we are quickly coming upon the date. But Tim has been so awesome and so surprised that I want his opinion and involvement in and all and hes loving it! So far we've pretty much agreed on everything

Robert and Tami were the most exceptional people to work with. Rave reviews all around from us as Bride and Groom and from 120 of our guests.
