I called Wow Limo to rent an Escalade for my wedding. They gave me a very reasonable price and I thought I had gotten a great deal so I was very happy. Well that happiness was cut short when 1 week before the wedding a representative calls me to tell me that the limo I had booked had been in a "accident" and that they "tried" to find another limo for me but were unsuccessful, it was prom season so every place was booked. Who are we kidding? I wasn't born yesterday they gave away my limo to someone who called for prom and paid them more money than what I was paying. These limo companies are known for that! This company had the audacity to call me 1 week not even 2 months 1 week before the wedding to tell me my limo was unavailable I was providing transportation for 20 people you can not be serious! If this company was a serious company they would have found another limo for me under rocks there is no excuse for that. Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT!! book with them they have the worst customer service, and they will give your limo away if someone pays them more money.
